RingCentral, Inc., one of the global leaders in AI-powered business communications, announced on August 5th that Vaibhav Agarwal has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Agarwal, who has been with RingCentral since 2016, will succeed Abhey Lamba, who will continue to serve as an Executive Advisor through the end of the year. Agarwal will be responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, corporate development and investor relations.
