The Housing and Sustainable Urban Development Forum 2026 officially opened today in Riyadh, bringing together senior government officials, policymakers, developers, investors, and industry leaders to discuss the future of housing delivery and sustainable urban development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

More than three hundred senior delegates are participating in the two-day forum, with a high proportion of decision makers and project owners in attendance.
