The Africa Technology Conference (ATC) 2026

The Africa Technology Conference (ATC) 2026 is set to return on 16–18 June 2026 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, investors and technical experts from across the African energy sector for three days of high-level discussion, collaboration and technology-focused engagement.

Following the success of the 2025 edition in Tanzania, which welcomed more than 400  delegates, 80 speakers and participants from over 25 countries, ATC 2026 will continue its mission of advancing technological excellence, sustainability and knowledge exchange throughout Africa’s evolving energy landscape.

Hosted in one of West Africa’s fastest-growing and most strategically positioned energy hubs,  the 2026 edition will take place under the theme:

“Harnessing Innovation and Technology for a Resilient and Sustainable African Energy Sector.”

The conference will provide a forward-looking platform to explore how innovation, digital transformation and emerging technologies are reshaping the future of Africa’s oil, gas and wider energy industries. From upstream exploration and production to digitalisation, energy transition solutions, infrastructure, sustainability and local content development, ATC 2026 will spotlight the technologies and partnerships driving the continent forward.

Delegates will hear from influential keynote speakers, join high-level panel discussions and explore technical presentations, case studies and emerging technologies shaping the future of energy in Africa.

Alongside the conference sessions, ATC 2026 will also provide valuable networking opportunities and an exhibition and innovation showcase, giving attendees the chance to connect, collaborate and discover new ideas and technologies from across the industry. As Africa continues to strengthen its position within the global energy sector, ATC 2026 aims to foster meaningful conversations around resilience, innovation and long-term sustainable growth. The event will also provide a unique opportunity for companies to showcase cutting-edge technologies, strengthen regional partnerships and engage directly with decision-makers shaping the future of the industry.

The conference will bring together a diverse mix of stakeholders from across the continent and beyond, creating an environment where ideas, expertise and innovation can be shared openly.  Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with senior executives, government representatives, energy operators, technology pioneers and service providers working at the forefront of Africa’s energy transformation.

ATC 2026 will also explore how African nations can leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, strengthen energy security and support more sustainable development across the sector. Discussions are expected to cover a wide range of critical industry topics, including decarbonisation strategies, digital energy solutions, data-driven exploration, offshore and onshore developments, energy infrastructure, workforce development and investment opportunities across emerging African markets.

In addition to the conference sessions, attendees will benefit from extensive networking opportunities designed to encourage strategic partnerships and business development.  Through exhibitions, private meetings and interactive discussions, participants will be able to connect directly with organisations and professionals shaping the next phase of Africa’s energy future.

Whether you are looking to explore new market opportunities, share expertise, discover emerging technologies or connect with influential stakeholders from across the continent, ATC  2026 offers an important platform to do so.

Join industry leaders, experts and innovators this June in Côte d’Ivoire and be part of the conversations helping shape the future of Africa’s sustainable energy sector.
