Industry veteran Suzanne Martinez has been named Managing Director for the Global Investors Group at Affinius Capital, where she will focus on growing and developing relationships with investors throughout North America.
“Suzanne’s reputation and experience are highly respected in our industry, and we are excited for her to work closely with our valued clients in support of their investment objectives,” said Scott Stuckman, executive managing director of Affinius Capital’s Global Investors Group. “With new investment mandates underway globally for Affinius, capital formation is a critical element and Suzanne brings an incredible network and strategic mindset that will undoubtedly contribute to the success of these programs, so that we can continue our 40-year mission to deliver for our clients.”

“Affinius Capital has been at the forefront of some of the most interesting and successful real estate strategies in the market, including data centers, media/studios, e-commerce, credit initiatives, and attainable housing,” said Martinez. “That thought leadership, combined with the firm’s embedded culture of transparency and client-first focus, enticed me to this opportunity to help grow the reach of the firm and serve our clients at the highest level.”
