Cleo, a global leader of the Ecosystem Integration software category and provider of the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform, yesterday announced it has appointed Dave Brunswick to the new role of Senior Vice President, Products.

Brunswick will report to President and CEO Mahesh Rajasekharan and have responsibility for Product Strategy, Product Management and Product Marketing for Cleo, driving continuous innovation via the Company’s product roadmap, vertical-market solutions, and key Services offerings. Such innovation will also include incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into the CIC platform, to bring users even deeper, more actionable insights from the Company’s already rich B2B and supply chain integration offerings.

Brunswick will also help execute on the Company’s Go-To-Market strategy to deliver outstanding outcomes for Cleo’s customers and partners by continually expanding CIC’s capabilities and strengthening their supply chains through omnichannel business strategies. These strategies typically include a blend of traditional retail, marketplaces and Direct to Consumer (D2C) solutions, all of which require rapid onboarding of customers and logistics providers, plus the flawless operational execution of end-to-end supply chains. All of these are integration capabilities which the CIC platform can uniquely provide.

In speaking about this development, Rajasekharan said, “Dave has been a star player at Cleo since his first day in July of 2015. He has a remarkable way with customers, partners and employees, and his intelligence about integration technology is unmatched in the industry. Dave’s successful track record across his prior Product Management and Solution Engineering roles, combined with his in-depth supply chain domain and B2B integration expertise, makes him the ideal choice to innovate our platform and scale Cleo to become the major force in B2B supply chain software.”

Brunswick added, “I am honored to assume this new role with Cleo, and I look forward to making a significant contribution not just to Cleo’s evolution as the Ecosystem Integration category leader but in the success of our customers, partners, and employees worldwide as Cleo helps supply chains converge and ecosystems become stronger. Many thanks to all who’ve helped me along the way.”
