Concentra (NYSE: CON), the nation’s leader in occupational and workforce health services, recently announced completion of its acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health (MOH) medical centers in the Twin Cities. The acquisition strengthens access to specialized occupational health care for Minnesota employees and connects experienced local care teams with Concentra’s national clinical and operational resources.

Beginning August 17, the medical centers will operate as Concentra, providing continuity of care for existing patients and employer customers while integrating the company’s clinical standards, technology and specialized occupational health expertise. Concentra also plans to invest in enhancing the care experience across the centers, including significant improvements to its St. Paul/Midway center that will establish it as a flagship occupational health center for the region.

“Employees across Minnesota deserve access to trusted occupational health care that understands their needs and provides reliable support when and where it matters,” said Mike Kosuth, executive vice president and chief operating officer, East Group, Concentra. “By welcoming experienced local teams into Concentra’s connected network, we can expand access to specialized occupational health expertise and deliver a consistent care experience for employees across the region.”

  • Coon Rapids – 600 Coon Rapids Boulevard NE, Suite 2, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433

“Access to quality occupational health care is an important part of supporting a strong and resilient workforce,” said Mike Logan, president and CEO, MPLS Regional Chamber. “Concentra’s expanded presence in the Twin Cities gives local employers and employees greater access to specialized services that can help keep people healthy, safe, and productive. Continued investment in workforce health is good for our businesses, our employees, and the economic vitality of communities across the region.”

Concentra provides a full range of occupational health services, including work injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, Department of Transportation physical exams, pre-placement exams, medical surveillance services, and workforce health programs focused on injury prevention, employee well-being, workforce readiness, and the acceleration of safe return-to-work outcomes.
