Dr. Carsten Hoff takes the reigns of dSPACE Group as its new CEO, succeeding Martin Goetzeler, who is leaving for personal reasons. To ensure a smooth handover, Martin Goetzeler will continue to assist the new CEO in an advisory capacity after April 17, 2023.
Industry sources added that Dr. Carsten Hoff is currently the Managing Director of CLAAS E-Systems. Before that, he held various management positions at the automotive parts supplier HELLA. His extensive experience in his previous position will provide the impetus for the strategic development of dSPACE and continue to promote the expansion in the field of software-based simulation and verification.
Dr. Carsten Hoff, 49, is an experienced manager. He has a solid R&D background and working experience in a R&D center. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He also has international management experience and is familiar with dSPACE and its products.
