The Everen Group, a group of leading energy insurance companies, announced the appointment of Robert Foskey as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 5, 2024. Mr. Foskey brings extensive experience and a strong track record at the Everen Group and will lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Over the past 17 years, Foskey has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a clear strategic vision at Everen Group. He served as Group Chief Actuary for 15 years and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Everen Limited. He has implemented key operational improvements and driven significant growth. With his deep understanding of the Group’s business objectives and values, he is ideally suited to the position of CEO.
The appointment of Robert Foskey is the culmination of an intensive year-long succession process led by the Board. “We are delighted to appoint Rob as Group CEO,” said John Weisner, Chair of the Board, Everen Limited. “His work as Chief Actuary and COO has been invaluable and the Board is confident that he will continue to drive the development of the Everen Group with the same commitment and inspiration. The Board would also like to thank Bertil Olsson for his contribution as CEO to the Everen Group over the past nine years.”
