This strategic addition comes as the firm celebrates its 15th anniversary and accelerates its global expansion efforts with a sharpened focus on China, a vital market for the EB-5 Investment Immigration Program.

Li brings over a decade of expertise in the EB-5 industry, having successfully raised billions of dollars in EB-5 capital, resulting in the creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs across the United States. As the Managing Partner for China at USIF, he will spearhead the firm’s strategic expansion and investor engagement initiatives throughout the region. He has cultivated deep, long-standing partnerships with premier immigration agencies, leading U.S. immigration attorneys, and top-tier wealth management firms. His work ensures robust support for the firm’s referral network while guiding high-net-worth individuals through the complexities of the EB-5 program.
