Keener Management has been tapped to manage The Taylor at 525 Apartments, formerly known as Clear Lake NASA Apartments, a 110-unit apartment community located at 525 Bay Area Boulevard in Houston, Texas. This new management contract further strengthens Keener’s strong presence in the Clear Lake/Bay Area.
Situated near I-45 and Bay Area Blvd, The Taylor at 525 Apartments are less than five miles from NASA/Space Center Houston and other area employers, close to William Hobby Airport, and offer easy access to parks, Clear Lake, Nassau Bay and other recreational opportunities.
The community, owned by Trevian Capital, offers residents fully furnished or unfurnished studios, one- and two-bedroom floorplans with all bills paid including WiFi internet. Each apartment features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, built-in microwaves, soft-close cabinetry, high-end designer finishes as well as fireplaces and bay windows in some units. Amenities include a resort-style pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, study lounge, community room, private conference room, complimentary community WiFi, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor grilling area and walking trail.
