Outreach, a sales execution platform that helps businesses deliver efficient and predictable growth, has opened a dedicated EU data center in Dublin, Ireland to help customers in the EMEA region to go beyond GDPR requirements and meet strict data residency requirements.
Outreach thus reinforces its commitment to helping its international customers comply with strict privacy regulations. Industry sources added that with this new data center, Outreach can ensure the residency of its customers’ data within the European Union. Hosted in the regional Amazon Web Services (AWS) data center in Dublin, it stores data belonging to customers and is associated with Outreach bodies. These include leads, accounts, organizations, and workflow data such as sequences, calls, and meetings contained within the EU infrastructure, all of which are processed by Outreach.
Outreach clients in EMEA who join the new data center will be able to utilize the Outreach Engage, Outreach’s sales engagement platform that enables companies to maximize their prospecting productivity and continuously optimize their sales execution. With proven engagement flows that turn insights into action, Outreach Engage empowers sellers to make the best decisions to move their business forward through the sales cycle.
Outreach plans to implement additional features and services, including Outreach Insights, Outreach Commit, and Outreach Guide reports, into its new data center to optimize sales execution to its customer base in the EMEA region. EMEA sellers will be able to leverage sales automation and buyer impressions to deliver tailored services to their prospects.
“Our new data center empowers European business leaders and their teams to drive growth with an intelligent system that meets the world’s most stringent data security and privacy requirements,” stated Manny Medina, CEO, and co-founder of Outreach. Over the past two years, we’ve opened our UK office and Innovation Center in Prague, and launched a series of features focused on the EMEA region., including support for 18 languages and multiple currencies, as well as setting up local time-based sequences to allow for different workweek configurations and holiday support. Our new data center is the latest proof of the support we provide to our European customers so that they can take advantage of the full potential of our sales execution products and services.”
Outreach stated that it is committed to rigorous data security and privacy requirements, as evidenced by leading independent third-party certifications. The Outreach sales fulfillment platform already meets key EU and UK GDPR requirements. Outreach is also one of the first companies in its class to meet ISO 27701 data privacy certification, demonstrating compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. The opening of a new data center within the EU allows businesses based there that require their data to reside in the same geographic region as part of their security and privacy policies to use Outreach Engaged.
