XSPA-200 ER adopts high energy resolution, which can effectively suppress the increase of sample background noise. As a result, the XSPA-200 ER can perform highly sensitive measurements even in samples containing transition metals*, such as steel and battery materials. In the past, this type of measurement required large-scale X-ray analysis equipment; with the advent of the XSPA-200 ER, analysis can be performed using desktop X-ray analysis instruments such as MiniFlex.
