SurGenTec, a developer of surgical technologies for spine and orthopedic procedures, recently announced that it has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
The prestigious list recognizes companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and revenue-generating by March 31, 2022, be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent as of December 31, 2025.
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 is a major milestone for SurGenTec. Our team has worked diligently to build proprietary technologies that make a real difference for physicians and the patients they treat, and this recognition reflects that commitment. We’re proud of the growth we’ve achieved by staying true to our approach through developing solutions in-house rather than taking shortcuts. We’re just getting started,” said Travis Greenhalgh, CEO and Founder of SurGenTec.

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining growth. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively created 627,208 jobs and added more than USD 200 billion to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
