Transcarent Welcomes Erica Palsis as Chief Legal Officer

Transcarent, the One Place for Health and Care, has announced the appointment of Erica Palsis as its new Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Palsis will oversee all legal, compliance, and regulatory functions to support Transcarent’s continued growth and mission to make it easy for people to access high-quality and affordable health and care. Palsis will report directly to Glen Tullman, Chief Executive Officer.

Palsis is a proven legal and compliance leader, steering high-growth healthcare and technology companies through the responsible launch of artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered solutions. She joins Transcarent from Carrot Fertility, where she led the legal and people functions.

Previously, Palsis served as General Counsel at Cue Health, steering the company through its 2021 Initial Public Offering. Prior to that, she was General Counsel at Livongo Health, where she played a pivotal role in launching the Applied Health Signals category, the company’s 2019 IPO, and its landmark $18.5 billion merger with Teladoc Health in 2020. Palsis began her career as Corporate Counsel at Allscripts.

Palsis graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago and earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
