World Business Outlook, a leading B2B Business magazine in APAC, has conferred the SeABank with ‘The Best Digital Bank Vietnam 2021’ award for its persistent effort towards digitalization.

The bank was chosen for its outstanding digital services with improved security technology and innovative solutions.

SeABank is continuously pursuing its goal for digital convergence and as per reports, has spent millions of USD in implementing the world leading banking core system – Temenos. SeABank has confirmed that they upgraded the system to the latest R18 version. The bank has been dedicatedly implementing and maintaining its ISO 27001:2013 certification and PCI-DSS security standards for card transactions, electronic document exchange, digital signatures and ‘iron-clad’ authentication solutions such as OTP tokens and two-channel authentication. SeABank has revealed the successful completion of the 2020 Core AI Project that enhanced its products, supporting their end-to-end customer experience.

SeABank has also kept pace with the latest in the smartphone ecosystem with SeAMobile. When it is combined with the SeATeller function, the new AI and eKYC tech features aim to create rapid authentication at the counter and eliminate outdated, time consuming customer processing. 

Another reason for this top honour from World Business Outlook was for the fact that SeABank is one of the first players in Vietnam to launch an FPT AI Virtual Assistant solution. According to SeABank, the new Virtual Assistant simultaneously conducts thousands of conversations with the average call requiring less than 120 seconds for a 98 percent call success rate providing SeABank with an optimal solution to advance its digital transformation.
