ExchangeRight has announced that Jeff Noblin has joined the firm as senior vice president of the South Central region. In this role, Noblin will partner with financial advisors and representatives across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas to deepen relationships and provide access to ExchangeRight’s Essential Income REIT and 1031 DST portfolios, which are designed to deliver capital preservation, stable income, and tax-efficient solutions.
Noblin brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in wealth management, where he has partnered with financial advisors and institutions to deliver alternative investment strategies designed for long-term value. He holds a Series 7 license and an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
