Evolve Media has acquired CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas, expanding its presence in parenting and lifestyle media.
The brands add trusted editorial destinations and over 40 million combined social media followers. The acquisition creates opportunities to connect with audiences through publications, social media and creator-led content.
Evolve Media acquires CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas, expanding its portfolio of trusted editorial brands.
“CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas are iconic digital media properties we’ve admired for years. Each has built a strong relationship with its audience. Together, they deepen Evolve’s connection with moms and families,” said Aaron Broder, founder and CEO of Evolve Media. “We’re excited to build on that trust with Evolve’s broader media capabilities, creating more ways for marketers to connect with these audiences through content and communities they care about.”
Each brand brings a distinct voice and audience to Evolve’s portfolio:
- CafeMom provides parents with relatable perspectives, useful information, entertainment and community throughout every stage of motherhood.
- MamásLatinas delivers culturally relevant parenting, lifestyle and entertainment content for bilingual and bicultural Latina mothers and families.
- LittleThings shares uplifting lifestyle and human-interest stories designed to inform, inspire and bring people together.
The acquisition advances Evolve’s Publisher+ approach, building on established publishing brands and extending their content across social media, video, podcasts and creator partnerships.

CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas join TotallyKidz and pet brands DogTime and CatTime, helping Evolve connect with families across the moments that shape their lives.
The three brands previously belonged to Wild Sky Media, a digital media company owned by Bright Mountain Technologies. Bright Mountain sold them to Evolve as it shifted its strategic focus to its audience intelligence platform.
“Evolve has been a valued partner to Bright Mountain, collaborating to offer advertising opportunities that reach and engage family audiences. We’re glad to see CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas joining a team we know well,” said Matthew Drinkwater, CEO of Bright Mountain.
Evolve plans to build on the strengths of CafeMom, LittleThings and MamásLatinas through added editorial investment while preserving each brand’s distinct voice and relationship with its audience.
