Eligible firms can receive up to 70% co-funding and 90% salary support.
The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and PwC Singapore formed a partnership on 12 October to help companies adopt artificial intelligence (AI), redesign jobs, and reskill workers.
PwC will contribute its business expertise, solutions and industry connections as NTUC’s latest Lead Multiplier for its AI-Ready SG initiative.
Companies will be able to use practical AI solutions developed by the firm to improve operations in areas such as procurement, inventory management, document processing, and resource planning.
NTUC’s Queen Bee networks will be utilised to raise AI literacy and help companies and workers gain confidence in the technology.
Eligible companies can tap the trade union’s Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant to co-fund up to 70% of qualifying costs for projects that improve productivity, redesign jobs, and enhance workers’ career prospects.

The partnership will also support job redesign and worker reskilling through a career conversion programme, administered by NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute.
Firms with approved CTC Grant projects can receive up to 90% salary support for three months as workers transition into redesigned roles.
Meanwhile, PwC Singapore launched its Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2026, which found that 53% of workers saw AI as a moderate or major threat to their job security, higher than the global average of 44%.
However, 72% reported improved work quality from AI.
“That is why our partnership with NTUC is focused not just on accelerating AI adoption, but on helping companies and workers navigate transformation together,” said Marcus Lam, executive chairman and CEO of PwC Singapore.
