Vincent has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with a specialisation in Financial Services and Equipment Finance.

Vincent brings to PLM Fleet a wealth of experience in Financial Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Operational Excellence. Throughout his career, Vincent has led strategic initiatives in Financial and Accounting operations, completed complex corporate transactions, optimised capital structures, scaled organisations through periods of significant growth, and successfully navigated through challenging economic cycles. He has held Senior Finance leadership positions across several companies, consistently driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic business transformations. Vincent’s extensive experience in equipment finance, coupled with a strong leadership style, positions him well to help drive PLM Fleet’s continued expansion. Vincent has held key financial management positions at Xome/Mr. Cooper Group, Marlin Business Services Corp, American International Group, and Deloitte.
