Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, announced Andrea Marr has joined the firm as its Energy Services Division Leader.
Marr is an experienced business leader who has effectively led energy-focused business units serving utilities, commercial clients, and industrial clients. Her diverse background spans the clean energy economy and provides her with a unique perspective on pressing issues of decarbonization and the future of the electric grid. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Industrial Energy at Willdan Energy Solutions, where she developed and executed a new strategic roadmap that made significant inroads into new markets, while improving performance and delivery across the business unit.
Marr is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Ph.D. in Leadership with a focus in Organizational Management from the University of San Diego. In 2013, she was recognized by the White House as a Champion of Change for her work in energy as a veteran.
Terry Fry, who previously led Cadmus’ Energy Services Division, moves into a new role as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Energy Strategy. This role supports the firm’s goal of significantly expanding its energy-focused work across the globe as a premier provider of services related to the energy transition, energy resilience, energy independence, decarbonization, distributed energy resources, electrification, and other high-growth and high-impact areas.
